Since 1994 and further some years an epoch of "polite" TV finished. There were pre-prompts declaring the film genre that will be shown.

The success of "The fencing of Liteyny bridge" as main picture has defined the further style of the channel. Art director Igor Maslennikov has accepted the offer of Victor 3D to build style on fencings of bridges and rivers of St Petersburg.

The theme of fencings of St Petersburg was not new in art, but for the first time was realized by 3D-animation. Therefore for smaller artificiality and greater depth natural elements have been added: air, water, stone.

Together with it Bella Kurkova, director of the channel, continued to promote the conception of imperial Saint Petersburg as cultural capital. It was pertinent in educational shows, but would bring the imperial style to common view of the channel.

Being the performer, Victor 3D has dissolved the ordered imperialism in natural elements and has chosen fencings that though belong to the imperial epoch, nevertheless more are considered romantic.

The theme of fencings in 3D-animation has been good accepted by channel spectators. In 1996 Victor 3D has returned to this theme in the channel image series "4 Seasons" on Antonio Vivaldi's music.
