Weekly issues “Growth Mechanism” on the channel “Russia” is a tele report of the Federal Antimonopoly Service to the country. They show the revealed violations of antitrust laws and sanctions taken against violators. In theory of the authors, it is a warning for future potential violators and prevention by the laws of civilized market. Understanding and adherence to these laws is important mechanism for economic growth.

In part of style and graphical design, the release director wanted to see a mechanism consisting of gear wheels - according to the visual fashion of these years. All TV channels already had a lot of splash screens, consisting of random accumulation of gear wheels, not connected with each other and rotating randomly.

Victor 3D did not repeat this. Therefore, the mechanism with exact kinematic transmission and with the support of the show concept is designed and built here. The music was written as free bonus for the client, but the director replaced it with a politically correct one.

This splash screen has finished an epoch casual gear wheels on TV, and artists began to think above sense of drawn mechanisms.
