Victor 3D, as the wizard of the kingdom Nooregnum.ru, built a planetarium of events around his tower.

The planetarium shows position of planets by the current time, and also in past and future if to set date on the discolit ( control device ). It is possible to watch any planet zoomed, to turn it, and to read in holographic description its properties according to last science data. The planetarium works only in Russian.

A special invention is Descriptor of Astro-Resolutions (DAR). Victor 3D has assumed, that the streams of astral particles between planets define the events cycles. The cycles of events are taken from the ancient Changes Book, and its periods are calculated on joint gravities and of planets. This calculation is based on astrophysics and has nothing common with beliefs of astrology. The DAR calculates only personal events, but not public events.

Victor 3D invited residents and guests of the kingdom to check the DAR on their biographies; 27 people participated, and the accuracy of the description of past events was 80%. Hence, the same is true of the description of future events.
