In early 2005, the TV chat "Country" on 7TV channel began broadcasting in all Russia.

Announcer Zlata with her ingenious style gathered a significant audience despite the deep night. Communication also took place on the inter forum of the chat.

In the TV broadcast and in the forum around Zlata, the community was formed and declared its status as the Kingdom of Thoughts (Noo Regnum). Zlata is elected queen. The Order of the Knights was established. The Knight title was given for the culture of communication. Victor 3D is recognized as the wizard for computer graphics support.

On November, 5, 2005 the meeting of community has taken place. The 7TV channel announced the report about the meeting, but did not film it. Robocop as photographer and Victor 3D as Flash-master have made and have published here own photoreportage. Channel 7ТV referred to it and actually advertised Victor3D.com site.
