1993. Saint-Petersburg Television Center

In 1993 on TV of Saint Petersburg the computer graphics group is organized. Staff: the chief-manager, two designers, musical composer-performer and Victor 3D as the artist of three-dimension graphics. Well-known film director Igor Maslennikov (the author of TV serial "Sherlok Holmes and doctor Watson" TV series) was the art-director of the group.

TV head Bella Kurkova promoted idea of " Northern cultural capital ", therefore the channel view contained the themes of Saint Petersburg of tsarism epoch.

The TV critics have regarded it as imperial style, inappropriate to epoch of democratic changes.

Nevertheless the critics and the public have seriously regarded the 3D graphics in the channel style. 3D objects of such complexity then were considered extraordinary.

In 1996 this has been exposed on TeleGraph - International festival of TV graphics - and has been awarded for professionalism by special prize of jury.
